Grading Lot / Meeting

Met with Larry and Leonard 4:00 03/29/2001.  The following was decided:
1.  Lower rear rockwall to extend 2' above grade.
2.  West and upper rear rockwall to extend 1' above grade with 2' wrought iron.
3.  Rear porch to include 18" tread and 6" riser stairs to grade.
4.  Save larger of the black green rock for future landscaping.
5.  Front grading to be decided at a later date.

Met with Jeff Huff 3:30 03/30/2011 to discuss the above list.  Jeff approved the changes.

Met with Metro Mix Concrete at job site this morning at 8:00 to pour rock wall footings.  However it was determined that there was too much risk of truck overturning while pouring.  Consequently have scheduled a concrete pump for tomorrow.  Pour now set for tomorrow at 10:00 am for rear and west side footings.

Met with Jeff Huff this morning at 8:30 to discuss:
1.  East side rock wall to become retaining instead of garden wall.  Conde did not consider the green space  that we cannot disturb.
2.  Raising the finished floor of the home from 4490 - 4491 to allow for better water run off from driveway. 

3.  Secondary parking options: Jeff planning to run some ideas by Larry.  No change at this point until approval by Larry.
