Retaining Walls

Retaining wall footings will be stared tomorrow.  We will be placing the rebar.  I have sent Jeff an email to see when he can meet me up at the jobsite to review.

After several days of delays the backhoe finally arrived. 

 Excavation of home site begins.  Driveway is being cut. 

After several days of delays due to equipment shortage in the El Paso area we are pulling an excavator out of Alamogordo.  Expect it to be at job site by noon today. 

Survey Stakes

Friday 2/11/11

Property survey complete, prepped to cut and fill.

Retaining wall locations placed.

Note: Monday 2/21/11 @ 1:00 p.m. Meeting scheduled with Leonard to discuss selection schedule.

Monday 2/14/11

KPM Construction scheduled to begin dirt work.

Spoke with Keven: Delay on equipment due to inclement weather at the beginning of the month.

Committed to call Tuesday with update on excavator.

Tuesday 2/15/11

Call in from Keven: Equipment to be delivered Wed 2/16 or Thursday 2/17 at the latest.

Rockwalls Scheduled to begin three days following commencement of dirt work.
